I'm really pleased with the response we've had from our first advert.  Nearly all of the enquiries we've had have turned into customers as they're good quality leads from customers who our service is perfect for.

The Focus magazines adverts have really worked for us, on top of that I have been impressed with the high level of service I receive from Karen.

Once again, your promoting our Stamp Fair and indeed Stamp Club membership has resulted in many phone call enquiries, far in excess of any other local advertising.

Thank you so much

After placing an advert within the Focus Magazine we have had a really good response.

I have been extremely happy with the level of response from adverts I have placed in Focus Towcester and I think it is unique to the area in being a magazine which people actually read and I get many enquiries from it.  It's also the the first place I look if I need something locally!

I placed my first advert in Focus Towcester, and before long I had received 4 calls with work which covered the cost of the advert and more.

Words without Songs  (Worte ohne Lieder)

It was such a success last time, with about 30 people “doing” stuff from Bob Dylan and Tom Waits, through Tom Lehrer, to Elvis’ Wooden Heart, we’ve decided to do it again.

An open mic with no mic in which you can come along and read or recite the lyrics of your favourite well-known song(s). Please try to resist using your own material.

No singing, no instruments, no poetry, no storytelling, no drama excerpts, just SONG LYRICS. Could be pop, folk, jazz, arias, comedy - your choice.

Everyone gets a crack of the whip (there will be no whips).

FREE entry (donations please to support York House projects).

Email  if you fancy a go email Kevinhallyorks@hotmail.com

In the Beechey Room (rear entrance), and there will be a York House bar open at 7.30pm.
